Delivery, returns and refunds
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Our aim is for you to receive your order within seven days, this is subject to seasonal and holidays variation.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
Free postage and packing on all items over £40.00 within the UK. For orders made via the website, this will be refunded to you.

Overall charge
Please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery (Mon-Fri) within the UK.
European Delivery (Within EEC): Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
International Delivery: Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES and CANCELLATIONS
We will accept returns of unused products within seven days of purchase. To return a product, please contact us via email for instructions on how to handle the return. Your statutory rights are not affected. In the unlikely event you receive an incomplete, damaged or incorrect order; you must notify us VIA EMAIL to shirley@margroseapothecary.com within 24 hours of receipt. In the event of damage, you must retain all packaging. We may ask for photos in order to submit a claim to our carrier.
Cancellation must be made within seven days of ordering. Refunds for cancelled orders will be provided within 30 days of cancellation. A 10% restocking fee WILL APPLY on orders cancelled after dispatch.
If you’ve decided that you would like to exchange a product and the product has not been used, please contact us via email. If you return a product without informing us that you would like an exchange, we will issue a refund.
REFUNDS POLICY
We will refund the price of the products, our standard UK delivery and reasonable return costs incurred if you have:

Cancelled your purchase in accordance with your legal rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; or

Returned any unwanted Products to us within 28 days of your order; or

Any refund due to you will only be made to the same PayPal account or credit or debit card originally used. Any refund due will be processed no more than 14 days after we receive the request.
If the products are faulty, damaged in transport or mis-described, please return the product to us as soon as possible. We will examine the returned product and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time.
