www.margroseapothecary.com (“Site”) is operated by Margaret Rose Apothecary Limited. (“We”, “Us”, ‘Our”). We are registered in England and Wales under the company number 7606594.
Please read our terms carefully before you use the Site. By using the Site, you indicate that you accept these terms and that you agree and abide by them. If you do not agree with these terms, you do not have our permission to use our site.

Site access is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our “Site” is unavailable at any time or for any period. PRODUCTS, PRICE AND PAYMENTS

We use PayPal’s industry-leading secure system to process payments. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay this way. The system works just like any other merchant payment system. Simply enter your credit card details and submit your payment. We also accept payment bank transfers; please email us for the details.
To make an order, order via site, by email or call or text 07939-284-590. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by our Product terms. If you refuse to accept these terms you will not be able to order any of our products from the Site. When buying from our site you agree to be legally bound by these product terms, our Website Terms and any documents referred to in them.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you certain statutory rights, the Products are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose and match he description. We must provide you with Products that comply with your legal rights.

While we endeavour to maintain the lowest possible prices at all times, it occasionally becomes necessary for us to raise our prices based on the rising prices of our raw materials. We reserve the right to do this without notice.

Packaging may differ from the site.

We endeavour to ensure that all weights, sizes and measurements set out on the site are as accurate as possible however, there may be slight differences in such weights and measurements on some products. Also, the colours of displayed products are as accurate as possible on the site but may vary depending in the computer or monitor you are using to view the site. Discounted products will be identified accordingly.

Even though our products are made from natural ingredients they are for external use only. Margaretrose Apothecary Ltd accepts no responsibility for the mishandling or misuse of any of our products. Please be aware that when buying goods on the internet, you are entering into a legally binding contract. The contract between the customer and Margaretrose Apothecary Ltd begins once an order has been paid for by the customer. If you feel you have made an error when placing your order, please contact us via email -shirley@margroseapothecary.com so that we can make the correction. UK laws are applicable.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders must be placed through our website www.margrosepothecary.com . We also accept orders by email. We strive to ship orders within five business days of receipt, but during busy times it may take longer. Please see our Delivery Information page for up-to-date shipping and turnaround times. Once received, orders cannot be amended. We are unable to add items to paid orders.

OVERDUE ORDERS
​
Products are made in batches available to purchase subject to availability, while we try to maintain a constant stock of all of our items, we do sometimes run out. We will make every effort to update you by email if this should happen.
​
​
OUR WORKSHOPS
Amendments or cancellations for course bookings should be made as soon as possible. This should be done 2 weeks before the start date after which cancellations fees will apply. You can only amend your booking date if there is an available date for another within 3 months of your original booking date.
To cancel a booking, less than 1 week before 70% cancellation charge will apply. Between 2-4 weeks 50 %, and 4 weeks or more 30% fees will apply.
If we change a workshop booking, we will let you know as soon as possible by email and a phone call at least 7 days before. You will be given an opportunity to reschedule, in the event that there is not available date, you will be issued with a full refund.
Takeaway samples will vary from time to time depending on the choice of the group at the time of the booking or availability of ingredients.

Eligibility for workshops
We should be notified of you are pregnant or any relevant illness, injuries or allergies which amy render you unsuitable to attend a workshop.
